These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between the user ("you" or "the user") and Tigue Studios governing your access to and use of Block 9 ("the Game"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tigue Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on a device that you own or control, solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. No title or ownership in the Game, nor in any of its underlying code, art, or content, is transferred to you under this license, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Tigue Studios.
In using the Game, you agree that you shall not:
No account is required to use the Game. Where you elect to authenticate via Google Play Games Services, your display name, avatar, and Daily Challenge scores may be submitted to and displayed on the Game's leaderboard, as further described in the Privacy Policy. Tigue Studios reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or withhold from the leaderboard any score obtained through cheating, exploitation, or other improper means.
The Game displays optional rewarded advertisements, served through Google AdMob, in exchange for in-game benefits. Viewing such advertisements is voluntary and is not a condition of accessing the core gameplay of the Game. Should the Game offer any in-app purchases, whether presently or in the future, all such purchases shall be final and non-refundable save where a refund is required by applicable law or by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made (Google Play).
The Game, including its name, logo, artwork, source code, and design, is and shall remain the sole property of Tigue Studios and is protected under applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right, title, or interest in Tigue Studios' trademarks, trade names, or other branding.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Tigue Studios does not warrant that the Game will operate without interruption or be free from defects or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tigue Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Tigue Studios may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device.
Tigue Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any such amendment shall be published at this URL together with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Game following publication of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
